Terms of use

These terms apply when you use liveinfive.ai, including the scope builder and our contact forms. By using the site you agree to them. If you become a client, our Client Agreement governs the work we do for you; if anything here conflicts with it, the Client Agreement wins.

Who we are

The scope builder and other estimates

• The scope builder, the points on this site and the flow chart it draws are a guide to help you plan. They aren't an offer, a quote or a promise of what we'll build.
• Parts of the scope builder use AI to suggest questions, features and how your screens fit together. Suggestions can be wrong or incomplete. A person reviews every scope with you before anything is agreed.
• Your actual scope is the Points Sheet we both sign on the Monday of your build week, and your price is set in your Order.
• Sending us a scope or an enquiry doesn't commit you to anything, and doesn't commit us to take on the work.

Prices

• Prices are shown in Australian dollars, US dollars or pounds. We choose a currency based on your location, and you can switch it on the site.
• Australian prices exclude GST, which is added at 10%. Overseas clients aren't charged Australian GST.
• Prices on the site can change. The prices in your signed Order are the ones that apply to you, and care plan prices are fixed for your minimum term.

Becoming a client

Every engagement is covered by a written Client Agreement, an Order and a signed Points Sheet, provided before any work or payment. In short:

• A one-off setup fee books your build week. The care plan starts after launch, and the first month is free.
• The care plan has a 12-month minimum term, then runs month to month.
• If you leave after the minimum term, we give you an export of your app's code and data.

This summary is for convenience. The Client Agreement sets out the full terms, and we'll send it to you with your Order. Ask us for a copy at any time.

Using the site

Please don't misuse the site. That means: don't try to break, overload or get around its security; don't submit spam, other people's personal details, or anything unlawful; and don't use automated tools to scrape it or to flood the scope builder. We may block access that does.

Our content

The site's text, design, logo, feature menu and code belong to us or our licensors. You're welcome to read, share links to and print pages for your own use. Please don't copy or republish them, or use our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you, without our permission.

Links to other sites

We may link to other websites, such as our payment provider. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

Liability

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it "as is" and can't promise it will always be error-free or online.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can't lawfully be excluded. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss arising from using the site or relying on its estimates, including the scope builder's suggestions. Any liability we can't exclude is limited, where the law allows, to supplying the relevant service again.

Privacy

How we handle personal information you give us through the site is set out in our privacy policy.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version, and the version in force when you use the site applies. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and the courts of Queensland have jurisdiction.
