We only use your details to run the programme and pay you.

Short and fair.

  1. One referrer per client. Whoever they name first gets the fee. They need to name you, or use your link, before their scoping call.
  2. New contacts only. If they'd already been in touch with us or sent us a scope, there's no fee.
  3. Paid once per client. The fee is for their first build. Later changes and extra builds don't pay again.
  4. Paid in their currency. The fee depends on where the client is, not where you are. Plus GST if you're registered for GST in Australia.
  5. No referring yourself or your own business, and no spam, fake reviews or ads on our name.
  6. Disclose it. If you advise the client professionally (an accountant, for example), tell them you get a referral fee.
  7. We can change the programme. But anyone you've already referred is paid under the rules at the time.

Tax, tracking and payouts.

Do I need an ABN?
No. If you're in business, give us your ABN. If you're referring as a private individual, or you're outside Australia, you sign a short ATO form ("Statement by a supplier") instead, and we pay you the full amount with no tax withheld.
What if they never go live?
Then there's no fee. It's only paid once they've launched and paid their first care month.
How do you know they came from me?
Your link is remembered in their browser for 90 days, and every enquiry form asks who referred them. If they just mention your name, that counts too.
How do I get paid?
Bank transfer in Australia, Wise to your local bank account overseas, or credit on your care plan if you're a client. We email you when a referral converts.
